Six Washington-area Youth Volunteers Win Top Honors in 13th Annual National Awards Program: "WASHINGTON, Feb 12, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Six Washington-area middle and high school students today were named State Honorees for 2008 by The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards, a nationwide program honoring young people for outstanding acts of volunteerism.
