(Thorndike) Partners in Philanthropy hope to fund community services - Community - WaldoSoup: "Partners In Philanthropy committee at Mount View High School is a group of students who care about their communities. The group is working with the Maine Community Foundation’s Waldo County Committee to make grant funds available that will improve conditions in SAD 3 communities."
