Barefoot for charity - The York Daily Record: "Ralph Bartels was on a brisk hike Wednesday to improve his cardiac health when he encountered about a dozen kids walking barefoot.
The kids, from Stillmeadow Church of the Nazarene's day care center, were at Cousler Park in Manchester Township to raise awareness that children as young as 5 years old living in northern Uganda are forced by rebel troops to help overtake the country's government."
