Grants available for Mahoning Valley youth-oriented programs - News Watch - Vindy.com, The Vindicator: "YOUNGSTOWN — The Young Philanthropist Fund Board will review and award grants to any 501(c)(3) organization with a youth-oriented program in the Mahoning Valley.
The total disbursement to be given out will be $2,000, and the request must be for a youth program."
