Tulsa World: OU-Tulsa to draw on brainpower for community assistance: "During a two-day conference at the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa, the university signed an agreement with the University of Pennsylvania's Netter Center for Community Partnerships. Under that program, the university and its students perform academically based community service as well as traditional community service.
The agreement will make OU-Tulsa the hub of a five-state program area — Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona."
