MARSHALL COUNTY — A local youth philanthropy board has two upcoming projects that they are hoping the communities within Marshall County will embrace.
BEAM (Bettering Every Aspect of Marshall County) is made up of 18 high school students representing every school in Marshall County. The group was created under the umbrella of the Marshall County Commun-ity Foundation during the spring of 2008 through an endowment from the Lilly Scholarship Fund. MCCF named its fund “Pennies from Heaven.”"
