Hearing impairment doesn't hold back Waynesboro's Gottschalk | The News Leader | newsleader.com: She's a member of the Youth Philanthropy Council run by the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge. The 19-member council, with representatives from seven local high schools, makes decisions on awarding monetary grants after evaluating applications.
