STAUNTON – Andrew Elder received an award as “Outstanding Youth Philanthropist” at Boonsboro Country Club in Bedford County.
He is the son of Staunton City Councilman and Mrs. Bruce Elder. The award was given as part of the annual National Philanthropy Day celebration.
