Stourbridge student needs help to fund Kenyan charity trip (From Stourbridge News): Bethany Read, who is studying at King Edward VI College, will spend five weeks in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya, working in an orphanage.
The 17-year-old will live in a tin shelter and support children who have lost their parents to diseases such as AIDS or whose families couldn’t afford to keep them.
