The Youth Advisory Committee of The Luzerne Foundation awards grants to local nonprofits - Times Leader: The Youth Advisory Committee of The Luzerne Foundation awarded its first grants at its inaugural dinner Sunday at Genetti’s Best Western & Conference Center.
The nonprofit recipients are CASA, Volunteers in Medicine, Wyoming Valley Children’s Association and Marley’s Mission.
