(Dec. 8, 2008) Over one hundred AFP chapters responded to a recent Youth in Philanthropy survey offering a new perspective on the challenges of starting and sustaining Youth in Philanthropy programs.

Fifty three percent said their AFP chapter has an existing Youth in Philanthropy program. Of those, 43 percent identified Youth in Philanthropy awards given at National Philanthropy Day® events as their main program."
