United Way of Tompkins County's Youth Leaders award $26,700 to local nonprofit organizations | theithacajournal.com | The Ithaca Journal: "United Way of Tompkins County's Youth and Philanthropy Council awarded $26,700 in one-time grants tonight to the nine local non-profit organizations. The Council developed and reviewed the grant applications from September through November 2009. The Council received more than $120,000 in requests from 20 health and human service organizations."
