Tri County Record - 11-year-old's plan to help other needy kids wins over Pay It Forward judges: "Kurtz, 11, will now be able to put her vision into action as the winner of the Tri County Record's Pay It Forward campaign. Kurtz's entry, which planned to use the money to purchase fleece and other materials so that the youth groups of Hopewell Christian Fellowship in Elverson could make blankets for sick and lonely children in area shelters and hospitals, garnered three of the four possible votes from the Record's panel of judges."
