Tribe says it donated more than $40 million in 2008 | Shakopee Valley News: "The Shakopee Mdewakanton Dakota Community says in its annual report it donated more than $40 million in fiscal year 2008 to other Indian tribes, education and youth programs and charitable organizations. The fiscal year ran from Oct. 1, 2007, through Sept. 30, 2008."
