Central Middle School students raise money to build well: "MUSCATINE, Iowa - Central Middle School students are digging into their pockets to build a well for school children in Africa.
Since hearing a presentation in November 2009 on the low supply of clean water in Africa, the students have been committed to raising $5,000 to build a well for an African school.
As January ended, they learned
they have raised $2,946 so far."
