HHSS students win $5,000 grant for food bank - Minden Times - Ontario, CA: "The entire Grade 10 Haliburton Highlands Secondary School population was in the audience when their peers Jessica Duchene, sisters, Ali and Brigitta Hicks and Jessica Bishop presented their winning proposal for The Minden Food Bank in the Youth and Philanthropy Initiative (YPI) program, which awards $5,000 to a student group that has the best presentation, at the Northern Lights Performing Arts Pavilion on Tuesday morning, May 17."
