Kids Who Care - CBS 21: "Julian Brown came up with an idea to start an organization called 'Kids Who Care of Pennsylvania.' With the help of his brother, Javier, his friend Nathan Allen, and others Julian raised $800 and collected more than 50 boxes of items for kids who are less fortunate. And it's all going to end at the Water Street Rescue Mission in Lancaster , where every donation counts."
