Happy News - New York NHS Students Learn About Giving: "National Honor Society students from Norwich High School are learning about philanthropy and the basics of non-profit organizations. The organization was asked to participate in a pilot program organized by the Upstate Institute at Colgate University which would administer $10,000 in grant funds to worthy non-profit organizations."
